SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Your order will be shipped within one week of
receiving your order. If you have requested a custom design or special order we will
notify you by email should there be a delay in shipping. Normal shipping is via U.S.
Postal Service, Priority Mail (usually delivered to you in 2-3 working days.)
We do not charge an extra handling fee for
packaging of your purchase. We package and weigh your items to give you the most accurate
shipping cost. Your shipping is then added to the customer invoice and processed by phone
terminal to complete your credit card transaction .
If you wish to have your order shipped via
United Parcel Service within the Continental United States please request so in the
special requests box of the shopping cart. Your UPS charge will be added to the customer
invoice and then processed by phone terminal to complete your credit card order.
If you live outside the Continental United
States OR wish to have your order shipped by any other method other than U.S. Postal
Service or UPS, please send an E-mail to sales@harmonycandles.com
to find out what the shipping charges will be.
All of our Candle Products are handcrafted and
manufactured on site. Please allow 15 working days for your order to reach you incase
delay in shipping occurs.
